Downloading and saving references | - Make your selection in the selected WebSpirs databases
- To save references, the list of retrieved references must be displayed. If not, display the list of retrieved references, and click Save (diskette icon on the right)
- Select the range of records you want to save
- Select at 'Save these fields:' 'Complete Record'
- Select at 'Also save:' at least 'Record number and database name', and select the field label: 'Short labels'
- Click Save
- In the File Download dialog box, click Save
- Select path and enter a file name with the extension .txt. For example: download1.txt
- Save as type: 'All Files'
- Click Save
The saved text file is the one to use for importing into Reference Manager - Start Reference Manager
- Open or create a database
- Click File | Import Text File
In the 'Import Text File' window: - Select RM database
- Select Filter: Webspirs-tue.cap
- Select the downloaded text file
- Select the reference range
- Click Import
