The ASC forms part of the staff bureau of the Executive Board.

The main tasks of the Advisory Center are:

• advising about possibilities of subsidies
• support in the application for subsidies
• coordination of procedural and financial aspects
• coordination of patent policy

Staff members of the Advisory Center are Gerard Verschuren (tel. no. 5626,
TR 1.40), Karoline Duijvesz (tel. no. 2491, TR 1.40) and Jan van der Wulp
(tel. no. 4067 TR 1.33). The staff members of the  ASC engage in particular in activities funded from the third flow of funds.
