A great deal of work must be done to enable the launch of the Bachelor College in September 2012. In the coming period work will be carried out on seven tracks and their related projects and work pathways:
Track 1: curricula and timetable
Track 2: program feasibility for students
Track 3: communication
Track 4: quality assurance
Track 5: coaching
Track 6: organization
Track 7: finance
Co-managing
The aim of the Reform of Bachelor Programs initiative is to manage in a coordinated way the projects, work pathways and the subsequent implementation paths in the seven tracks. A complicating factor is the large number of dependencies between projects, work pathways and subsequent implementation paths, which supposes a high degree of dynamism and flexibility in their performance.
