The TU/e has a binding recommendation for the continuation of studies for all
Bachelor’s programs. So at the end of the first year of your Bachelor’s program at TU/e, you will receive a binding recommendation regarding the continuation of your studies based on the results of your first year. This website provides more information on what this is and what it means for you.

The academic year has four quartiles. After the second quartile, you will receive
a written preliminary study recommendation. This recommendation is not binding, but gives an indication of your study progress.
