To be accepted as a two-year trainee designer (TOIO) or designer at the Stan Ackermans Institute, you first need to apply for a place on the design course concerned. For more information on design courses see: http://www.sai.tue.nl/

After you have been accepted, you have to register at the Education and Student Service Center. You can obtain enrollment forms from the course secretariat, the service desk at the Education and Student Service Center, or from the Dutch STU website.

You should hand in the enrollment form at the STU service desk, completely filled in and with the signature and stamp of the course. You must also provide a copy of your passport and a passport photograph. A few weeks later you will be sent a student card. You will also receive a personal pin code which you can use to change your address and/or review your results in the education information system.
