Please note: this information is the regular Dutch procedure for enrollment. This is only for students that are applying for the bachelor's program.

If you wish to study at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) for the first time, you first need  to register with Studielink (www.studielink.nl). You can use Studielink to arrange you enrollment easily and quickly. Students wishing to re-enroll should also use Studielink to do so. You can register with Studielink for academic year 2011/2012 up to 1 October 2011. Students wishing to register for the 2011/2012 academic year after 1 October should submit their request directly to the TU/e. If you have registered with Studielink, this does not mean that you are enrolled at the TU/e. You are only officially enrolled if you have submitted your enrollment form on time and have paid your tuition fee.

Procedure for first year students

1. Register yourself at Studielink for the program you chose.
2. You will receive an enrollment package from the TU/e at the beginning of July.
3. Return the enrollment form and the necessary accompanying documents, as stated on the form, within the required period.
4. If you are not sure whether you have the necessary prior education for the program of your choice, check our website, under admissions
5. From 22 June 2011 you can indicate how you wish to pay your fee in Studielink. If you pay your fee by a direct debit, you have to print out the authorization through Studielink, sign it and send it to (or hand it in at) the Education and Student Service Center (STU). You will not be sent an authorization on paper. Make sure you pay your fee on time. We will only process your enrollment will once we have received your signed authorization form or payment has been received. 6. You can follow the progress of your enrollment request in Studielink under ‘my enrollments’. You should also check Studielink regularly to see if you have any messages from us about your enrollment.

NB: Please return your enrollment form together with the necessary documents before 8 August 2011, to guarantee you that your enrollment will be finalized in time. After this date we cannot guarantee that your enrollment will be finalized in time. Nor can ensure that you receive your student and enrollment card in time.
