If you are applying for a program conducted in the Dutch language, you will require the Dutch State Examination NT2-II as proof of language proficiency:
Previous education
Your secondary education must be recognised as being equivalent to the Dutch diplomas that are required for admission to Eindhoven University of Technology. There is a special requirement with regard to mathematics and physics in the last two years of secondary education.
The starting level at Dutch universities is comparable to that of other western European countries.
If your diplomas are assessed as being equivalent to the Dutch diploma, you may be admitted to a Bachelor's program.
If the applicant is not fully qualified for admission, additional entrance tests may be required, or admission can be denied.
Your diplomas will be evaluated to determine whether they are equivalent to Dutch pre-university diplomas (especially with respect to mathematics and physics).
If you are applying for a Bachelor conducted in Dutch, any admission to the TU/e will be conditional on you first gaining the NT2-II.
The TU/e application procedure takes approx. two months.
