Making photocopies at the Library

Photocopiers have been placed at each section of the Library. They may be used for making photocopies for personal use and study.

Visitors from outside the TU/e may use a guest pass, available at each information and lending desk.

PAS-account for TU/e staff and students
In order to make photocopies, you must have a so-called PAS (=Personal Account System) account with a copying deposit at your disposal. TU/e departments and services provide their staff members and students with these accounts.

To check the balance on your PAS account, your user number and pin code (both for students and staff members) go to website https://pas.tue.nl

If you have a PAS account with a sufficient balance, you may use all photocopiers at the Library. To do so, you must first log into the page counter which is connected to the copier. By entering your staff or student ID number and the pin code the copier is cleared for use. When you have finished, press the END button. The fee will be withdrawn from the balance on your account. To uprate your account, contact your department or service.

Making prints at Library sections

Prints made on printers at the Library cost  € 0,10 per page.

Staff members and students are requested to use (network) printers at their own departments or in the ICTheek in building De Hal.

Making photocopies at the Reproshop

Photocopies may also be made at the Reproshop (website in Dutch). The Reproshop offers more extensive options for printing and editing.
