Document delivery

Requesting publications not in TU/e Library collection
Books and/or journal articles not in the TU/e Library collection, may be obtained from elsewhere (on loan or photocopies) via Inter-library loan (Dutch abbreviation: IBL). Use request form below. You may also use this form for internal requests.

Requesting publications from Library Stackroom
Requests for books from the Stackroom may be made via the catalogue. The books may be collected at the Library information desk or, if you wish, may be mailed to your TU/e office address.
Articles from journals held in the Stackroom should be made by completing the request form below. Articles are delivered in pdf format; this is a free service for TU/e students and staff. (More about Stackroom requests)

Service and cost

The level of service provided and whether expenses may be charged to a university department or subdepartment depends on the user category to which you belong.

Error message?

Do you receive an error message when trying to fill out request form?
To use our document delivery system you require the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) plug-in. If the plug-in is not installed, you receive error message "Object Property of Method Expected".
