Central Library Lending and Information Desk

Registration and lending
The Central Library Information and Lending Desk is open Monday-Friday, 8.30 - 17.00 h.

At the desk you may obtain a library card, borrow books and collect items you reserved.

Information and advice
Staff at the Lending and Information desk can assist you in searching for scientific information, and in the use of the Digital Library, the catalogue, databases, e-journals and reference works.
Also contact our staff to:

  • request publications not available in the TU/e Library collection
  • apply for an ISBN
  • deliver copies of your dissertation

PC Workstations

Consulting catalogues and information retrieval systems
The Central Library is equipped with 10 PC workstations for consulting catalogues, specialized scientific databases, full-text journals and the Internet.

The library also provides 10 work places where visitors may study, using notebooks if required.

The Reading Room located next to the main Central Library provides 122 study seats equipped with wireless Internet.
