Students and staff members of other institutions connected to SURFnet may use each other's secure networks via Eduroam
What is Eduroam?
Eduroam is a Surfnet authentication infrastructure which enables universities to allow guests from other institutions to use their wireless network (WiFi), provided that the guests come from institutions also connected to Eduroam. Most universities and schools of higher education in the Netherlands are.
- In order to log in, first contact SSID Eduroam. Required setting is 802.1x with peap. Enter user name and password which you use at your own institution as log-in account. User name must be followed by @<institution domain> so for example jjansen@tudelft.nl or pieterw@uva.nl.

If you have problems connecting, ask the department ICT helpdesk to help you. - Naturally, TU/e staff members and students may also use the wireless networks at other institutions connected to Eduroam.
