Error occurs on starting citrix database (so-called ica file) because citrix client software cannot be found.

What may help is to remove (via Add/Remove Programs) and reinstall the Citrix-Ica client, see Citrix-Ica client

Note: shut down the pop-up blocker
The browser's pop-up blocker could prevent reinstallation of the client. If it is shut down, the Citrix client may be reinstalled.
