The university knows three mediators. The mediators have an independant position and has therefore the confidence from the employer. The tasks of the mediators are among others:

• give information about unwanted behaviour;
• provide proper help for those who have complaints about unwanted behaviour; 
• take care of confidential treatment of information;
• search for an informal solution;
• assist the complainer in filing a formal complaint and if needed in the formal settlement of the complaint.
