In the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO) has been agreed on the implementation of a Selection Model for conditions of employment.
With the Selection Model employees can use certain conditions of employment (sources) as means of exchange for other conditions of employment (goals).
December 12th 2001 the Boad of Directors and the representatives of the Employer's Organizations in the IGO (Instellingsgebonden Overleg) have agreed that per January 1st 2002 the Selection model would be implemented.
