Question: OWA keeps displaying 'loading'
Answer 1: You have not set al language in Internet Explorer. Open the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and choose Internet Options. Click 'Languages' and make sure at least one language is selected.
Answer 2: It may be that you are using a firewall that blocks the HTTP-DAV protocol. OWA uses this protocol. Try using the SSL-version (starting the URL with https:// instead of ). That way, the firewall will not see the HTTP-DAV protocol.
Question: How can I access a mailbox other than my own?
Answer: Use the URL https://webmail.tue.nl/owa/FullEmailAddress
For example, if you want to access the "Zaal 1.52" mailbox, you can do so via https://webmail.tue.nl/owa/Zaal1.52@tue.nl.
This will only work if you have sufficient privileges to access this mailbox.
Question: How do I set up my POP3 or IMAP4 client?
Answer: Incoming mail server: webmail.tue.nl
User: your usercode
SMTP server: mailhost.tue.nl
Set your usercode as 'user' (Note: the combination tue/usercode/alias no longer works!).
