• Adobe Reader (at least version 9.3)
• Adobe Flash X
• Silverlight versie 4
• dotNET 4.0

When expired, ctrlWORK will notify the user with the following screen:

To renew the license, follow the steps below:

1. Click on "OK" to close this window and shutdown CtrlWORK. When that doesn't happen, close ctrlWORK manually by right-clicking on the taskbar icon en choose "exit".
2. Execute the license-update-program. (Click on "Open" in the followup screen)
   Please note that an active VPN-connection is required prior to installation. After a succesfull installation of the license code, the following screen is shown
   
   
3. Reboot your computer to activate the new license file.

This license is valid until 1 April 2014.
