The Visitors Wireless Network [VWN] service is designed for those visitors which would like to use the wireless network of the university but whose establishment does not participate in the EduRoam Authentication Infrastructure.
Notice that contrary to the EduRoam network which uses encryption the visitor’s network is unsecured.
To gain access to the VWN you will need a (temporary) visitor’s account.

The configuration of the VWN is now completed and you can connect to it. Now you can start your Internet browser which will put you automatically in the login screen for the VWN.
Probably you will get a “Security Alert” popup concerning the Visitors portal certificate. To avoid this problem you should install the “Cybertrust Educational CA” from http://secure.globalsign.net/cacert/sureserverEDU.crt
After logging in with your visitors account you should be able to make use of this network.
