SharePoint is a Microsoft platform that serves as a framework to set
up intranet, extranet and internet environments relatively quickly.
This framework offers personalized forums, questionnaires, task lists,
calendars and search functionality, as well as support for document
sharing. The purpose of SharePoint is to share information in the
right way with the right people.
