ICT Service

The 'groep Algemene Zaken' (general affairs group) is responsible for
finance and organization within Dienst ICT, and offers support in the
following areas:

- Financial and logistic aspects of campus contracts:
  - Hardware maintenance of desktops and servers
  - Software licenses: Point of contact for SURFdiensten B.V.

- Clear overviews of use of Dienst ICT services concerning:
  - Telephony
  - Backup and restore
  - Unix systems
  - Servers

AZ is, within Dienst ICT, also responsible for:

- Budget
- Administration
- Space management
- Secretary support for Dienst ICT employees
- ARBO affairs
