For the election of the members of the University Council, Department Councils and/or Services Council the relevant electoral register is made available for inspection. During the period determined by the Central Electoral Committee the electoral register is available for inspection at the Central Electoral Committee, Traverse (room 0.02) from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00 hours, (for dates, see timetable).
An electoral register has been composed on the basis of the current information present at TU/e and or files of student and/or staff data. However, it may happen that persons entitled to vote or certain data of these persons have not, not properly or wrongfully been included in the electoral register. When doing so you must make sure that you submit your request in time. Requests that reach the Central Electoral Committee too late cannot be taken into consideration anymore. Therefore, if the occasion arises it is advisable to hand in the relevant form in person at the Central Electoral Committee not later than the last day, on which the electoral registers are available for inspection, before 17.00 hours, or to send your e-mail before that time. For relevant data: see timetable.
Note: Persons entitled to vote who do not occur in the electoral register after the electoral register has been established by the Central Electoral Committee can not stand themselves up for candidate and can not vote on the day of the election.
