Several organisations can help you to find scientific talent for your company:

UniPartners Eindhoven: an academic consultancy founded to  transfer knowlegde from the university to companies, authorities and other non-profit institutes and to offer the possibility to students to bring their knowledge in practice.

Integrand: an non profit organisation who intermediates since 1980 between companies, authorities and students, for internships and task assignments.

Euflex: Euflex Employment Services is a subdivision of the  Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. They can offer result-oriented support for the personnel development of your  organisation.  You can find Euflex Employment Services in the hart of the Campus of the TU/e.

There are also  Recruitment days for companies.

Help at research can be given by six 'wetenschapswinkels (science shops: The information on this site is only given in dutch).
These 'wetenschapswinkels' can give help at research for social companies such as neighborhood associations, ecology groups, union departments and women's organizations. But they can also solve problems (for free) for private individuals or small companies. The students who work at the 'Wetenschapswinkels' will find an answer to your question together with the scientists at the TU/e.
